Hide AdJo, a sales executive at The Grange development, Worksop, has worked with developers for most of her career.
She used to take Christie to see show homes whenever she worked on a new site, which her daughter said was one of her inspirations for joining the industry.
Christie. who has just completed her training and is going to be a sales executive at The Brambles, Retford, said: “I was attracted to Harron because I knew the company through my mum. She loves her job.
“I’m meeting new people every day which I love.”
Jo said: “We’ve got good customer service backgrounds and work similarly. We’re both organised and feisty; we won’t let a sale go until it’s reserved.”

Hide AdChristie was still living in Oxfordshire until early 2020, but was finding it difficult that her family, who had moved to Nottinghamshire, were unable to spend time with her son, four-year-old Eliott, leading her to follow them north.
Natalie Griffith, Harron North Midlands sales and marketing director, said: “The fact Jo recommended Harron to Christie and now they’re both part of the family is a testament to Harron’s working culture.
“As a family-owned business, it’s great to see our colleagues would recommend us as an employer to their loved ones.”
