Natwest bank in Ripley is now opening its doors for the first time on a Saturdays.
The initiative, to open the branch on Grosvenor Road for six days a week, has come as a result of customer feedback questionnaires.

NatWest is doubling the number of branches open for business on Saturdays, from 343 to 686 across the country, to make sure it is open when it is most convenient for their customers, it says.

Steve Carr, manager at the Ripley branch, said: "At a time when many of our competitors are reducing their hours or closing their branches, we wanted to show our customers that we really understand and respond to their banking needs."

The branch will be open from 10am to 3pm on Saturdays.
