How police are taking action in Clay Cross to tackle anti-social behaviour

The order started on Friday night and ends at 6pm on Sunday.
A spokesperson for Clay Cross Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “Due to lots of recent anti-social behaviour, an increase in calls for service and concerns from local residents in Clay Cross, a Section 34 dispersal order under the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 has been authorised.

Hide Ad“This gives us the power to disperse anyone within the map of Clay Cross (as pictured) causing anti-social behaviour or likely to contribute towards anti-social behaviour, out of the mapped area or to their home address.

Residents have taken to social media to raise concerns about anti-social behaviour in Clay Cross – and call for the dispersal order to extend beyond Sunday.
