At 4.45pm on Saturday (December 3), a 72-year-old woman was in collision with a cyclist in Whittington Hill, Old Whittington.
The pensioner suffered breaks to her arm and leg and was helped by a young couple, who police believe were crossing the road behind her. They may have been passengers on a bus, possibly the number 44, police say.
